Brian is excited to work with Pittsford Musicals for the first time! He has been an active performer and director in Western New York for over twenty-five years. Equally comfortable on stage and behind a podium, Brian has given performances with Ithaca Opers, Rochester Opera Factory, the Irondequoit Chorale, Rochester Lyric Opera, and Webster Theatre Guild, and served on the music staff at Asbury First UMC for nearly twenty years. Most recently, he appeared as Cosmé McMoon in Souvenir: a Flourish on the Life of Florence Foster Jenkins at Blackfriars Theatre. He is the vocal music teacher at Pittsford Sutherland High School and Calkins Road Middle School, where he directs multiple choirs and serves as vocal director and producer for Sutherland’s theatrical performances. In 2016, he was awarded Outstanding Choral Director by the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra. While he has played many roles in his lifetime, his favorite is husband to Melissa and father to Charlie. @brian.bohrer

Paul Maguda is excited to return as conductor for Pittsford Musicals, having conducted PM productions since 2023. Paul has been invited to guest conduct for Webster Theatre Guild, Eastman Community Music School’s High School Honors Band, Erie County’s Junior High School All-County Band, and most recently returning to Livingston County to conduct the Genessee Valley Junior High School All-County Band. As a freelance trumpet player, Paul performs with the Krazy Firemen, Eastman Community Music School’s Music Educators Wind Ensemble, Celebration Brass, Center Stage Pops and in pit orchestras in both Rochester and Buffalo. He has spent 28 years teaching music in Pittsford Schools and is currently the Band Director and Music Department Leader at Mendon High School. Paul was the recipient of the 2025 Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra Outstanding Music Educator Award.

Christian Drew is a middle school music teacher at Greece Athena. He attended Nazareth College, obtaining a B.S. in Vocal Music Education and an M.S. in Music Education, with a specialization in Autism. Christian vocally directs musicals at Greece Olympia, Greece Athena Middle School, and Stages. Christian spends lots of his time playing in pit orchestras either on piano or strings. Some of his favorite experiences include Les Misérables, Matilda, The Prom, Hairspray, Shrek, and Newsies. He is very excited to join Pittsford Musicals this summer in their production of Into the Woods.

Kaylyn N. Nichols is a Freelance Stage Manager & Events Coordinator in Rochester, NY. Kay grew up in the City of the Blues and graduated from the University of Memphis with a BFA in Technical Theatre & Design with a Concentration in Stage Management during the Summer of 2023. Kay is absolutely thrilled about her work, having had the opportunity to work with Pittsford Musicals these past few months. Kay has also previously worked with Blackfriars Theatre (Sweeney Todd & Dot), Nazareth University (PSM - Dialogue of the Carmelites), Geva (Production Assistant - Newtown & A Christmas Carol), and SUNY Geneseo (PSM - Grease)! Kaylyn would like to thank Mitchell & Jordan for an incredible and supportive journey throughout this production! It's been a blast! Lane Biddle is a director, actor, and musician. Most recently they have directed In a Golden Afternoon as part of the [Title Here]: An Evening of Short Plays production at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and Mauritius by Theresa Rebeck as an RIT Players sponsored show. An avid participant of RIT theatre, they have also performed as a musician in A Chorus Line andBroadway Bake-Off, as well as working as an actor in Unstageably Fresh Gynt (Freshwater) and Thy Name is Woman. Locally, they have worked as a musician with Company Theatre, and as an actor and marketing manager for the Rochester Fringe Festival performance of It Will Be Okay by Ace Gray. They are excited to work on their first show with Pittsford Musicals!

Tristan Lynn is a stage management student at Ithaca College. He recently graduated from Pittsford Mendon and was the stage manager for all of Barker Road Middle School’s productions in the past three years. He also performed during all of high school, with some of his favorite roles being Trent (The Prom: School Edition) and Bobby Strong (Urinetown). He has worked on the past two Pittsford Musicals productions on the run crew and is excited to be part of the stage management team on this one!

A partial list of acting credits include Lady M in Macbeth, Arkadina in The Seagull (The Company Theatre) Henrietta Swan Leavitt in Silent Sky, Orsino in Twelfth Night, Catherine in Proof, Laura in The Glass Menagerie, Katharine Hepburn in the one-woman show: Tea at Five (Blackfriars Theatre) Anna in Closer, Angel and Others in Angels in A: Millenium Approaches, (Method Machine) She teaches Acting for Film at the School of Film and Animation at RIT. A few commercial credits include Planned Parenthood, I Love New York, and campaign spots for Monroe County Executive, Adam Bello. Education: SUNY Fredonia-Theatre Arts, Circle in the Square Theatre School-Acting Intensive Program, Nazareth University- Masters in Adolescent Inclusive Education. She is a certified Consent-Forward Artist with IDC, and as a standardized patient at URMC, she enjoys the opportunity to blend acting, education, and consent.

Brodie McPherson is so wonderfully excited to be headed back Into the Woods! Brodie currently serves as the Technical Director at The Company Theatre, where he often designs for productions. Some recent credits include Pittsford Musicals’ Seussical (Lighting), The Company Theatre’s productions of Julius Caesar (Scenic), Persuasion (Scenic, Lighting), and directing and designing last year’s production of Tartuffe.

Kassie is delighted to return to Pittsford Musicals for her third production, this time as Costume Designer for Into the Woods. Her love of theater began as a teenager and has continued ever since, both on stage and behind the scenes creating costumes. When her children were school-age she worked on costumes for numerous middle and high school productions at Rush-Henrietta, and she enjoys other artistic endeavors including painting watercolor house portraits and scrapbooking. Most recently she served as Lead Wardrobe Technician for Pittsford Musicals’ Seussical the Musical, and before that she assisted with costume construction for Beauty and the Beast. Kassie especially loves being part of the creative energy and camaraderie that brings a story to life, and is grateful for the support of the Into the Woods production Team and cast. She is deeply thankful for the love and encouragement of her entire family - her own wonderful cast of characters. Because after all, No One is Alone.
